Model Homes

Our model homes are almost open! The furniture has started to arrive and we expect to start our sneak peak tours of the model homes beginning September 20th. The sneak peak tours will be by appointment only prior to our grand opening. Make sure that you register on our interest list so that you receive announcements regarding the grand opening and special builder incentives. Construction Update July

Construction is going very well and the first building should be completed in about 45 days. The kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops have been installed in the first building and much of the finish work is done. The flooring, appliances and granite shower surrounds will be installed over the next three weeks. They started painting the exterior of the first building last week and it should be completed in about three weeks.

Model Homes & Pre-Release Tours
The model homes will be open in early August! We are still trying to finalize a date for the pre-release tour and will email an announcement as soon as we have a date.
